It's easy to enroll at Camellot Academy! Just follow the following steps.

1. Fill out this PDF form: Camellot Academy enrollment and medical consent form (Please download by right clicking on the link. To download the free Adobe Reader please visit www.adobe.com).
2. Mail form with your $100 deposit* to Camellot Academy, c/o 1109 Weatherstone Drive, Blue Springs, MO 64015.

* A $100 non-refundable deposit must accompany each application with the balance due on or before the opening day at camp. Please make your check payable to Camellot Academy, Inc. No refunds of tuition will be made after June 6, 2008.

Places are limited, so early enrollment is encouraged.
